What do you like most?
Maybe the new book engine aesthetics is better, clearer and more elegant. I really don't know what else I like.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Since Roiback transitioned to the ticket assistance module, our experience has significantly declined. In short, the assistance provided by Roiback has been extremely frustrating and challenging. While occasional issues with the booking engine are understandable, the time it takes to resolve these problems has been unreasonably long, often ranging from 1 to 2 months. A major concern is the communication barrier. The representative assisting us often misunderstands the issue, requiring 10 to 15 emails before gaining clarity. Sometimes, it isn't until a higher-level team member gets involved that the problem is resolved. This process is inefficient and can take up to two months, which is exasperating. Every minor issue, whether it concerns payment discrepancies, price uploads, or even simple calendar errors, follows the same drawn-out process. Additionally, assistance for creating features like a stopwatch has been similarly unproductive. I sorely miss the previous support model, where we had a dedicated representative and monthly meetings to discuss results and address any issues. This personalized approach was much more effective. I apologize if this review seems harsh, but working with Roiback this year has been particularly difficult. I sincerely hope for improvements in their support system.
