What do you like most?
We highly value our partnership with FPG and appreciate the positive impact it has had on our team. The FPG app provides access to a wide range of training modules that help colleagues enhance their knowledge and skills, while also motivating them to achieve their assigned targets and goals. In addition, the weekly live training sessions conducted with the FPG representative have made a significant difference in keeping the team engaged, focused, and motivated. Overall, FPG has been a valuable tool in supporting our team's development and driving performance.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area for improvement would be to enhance the app’s flexibility by allowing managers to create customized team challenges and short-term campaigns linked directly to hotel performance targets. For example, we could launch a weekly competition focused on room upgrades or breakfast upselling, with a live leaderboard showing results and recognizing top performers. This would make the training experience more engaging, encourage healthy competition, and help translate the knowledge gained through FPG into measurable business results.
