What do you like most?
Our property receiving more booking from Booking Engine SiteMinder and Demand Plus features. We are very satisfied with the SiteMinder system as it is very user-friendly for all our staff. We no longer have to perform manual updates to each OTAs, which makes our operations very efficient, allowing us to spend more time providing excellent service to our guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The SiteMinder System is working smoothly for our property. It would be good if the SiteMinder could detect who would be the last user who edit the inventory or pricing in the system to ensure that every one responsible in making a safe changes to pricing and availability.
