Using SiteMinder for our Channel Manager and Direct Booking has been a game changer; the interface is incredibly user-friendly and it integrates seamlessly with our OPERA Cloud PMS. We’ve been thoroughly impressed with their excellent, flexible service, and the sales team has been absolutely fantastic in supporting our operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Design Flexibility: The direct booking engine interface offers limited design and layout customization compared to dedicated stand-alone booking engines. Hoteliers who want tailored branding or unique checkout workflows often feel constrained by the fixed templates.
