What do you like most?
The best thing about TrustYou is that it allows us to see all our guest reviews in one place and keep track of our overall satisfaction score. It also gives us a breakdown of guest feedback for each department, which helps us identify what is working well and, more importantly, what we need to improve. This way, we can better understand our guests' expectations and continuously improve the quality of our service.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One thing that could be improved is the ability to reply directly to all guest reviews through TrustYou. Sometimes, we are unable to respond directly on the platform and have to log in separately to the OTA where the review was posted, which makes the process less convenient and more time-consuming.
