What do you like most?
It's easy to use, effective, and it saves time. No chasing after maintenance, no replies saying I never saw it. Job gets logged, job gets done!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It can be tricky if you try to upload an existing picture to the site. It works very well when taking it directly onto the app.
