What do you like most?
The collection of data for marketing purposes is the saving and only grace for this product. This is the only efficient thing about the service. Guests and users alike find everything else inaudible and inefficient.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Cut down on steps it takes to transfer to correct department, warm transfers, clearer audible service, we cannot hear the guests and the guests say they cannot hear us, patch all calls through to our phones as we often "miss" a call due to nothing being on the line when we try to answer (this happens a good 40% - that is way too much), cut down on all steps it takes to do anything as everything takes too long while guests are waiting.
