The ability to create a specified problem so the mechanic can go with the right equipment to the rooms and areas.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would make it easier to create users and other make sure that there is a help function near the complaints.

Now it’s easier to create and group users and give each group the right access level and permissions. If you can’t create users yet, your account may not have the user rights needed.
