What do you like most?
Libero is a very practical reception and reservation system for wellness and spa centers. Thanks to the clear planning of rooms and employees and easy online booking, it significantly facilitates daily operations. It works great both independently and in conjunction with HotelTime PMS, when it shares the guest database and allows bookings to be billed directly to accounts. In addition, it supports the sale of gift certificates, which helps increase sales. Overall, it significantly saves time and improves the organization of operations.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Everything is satisfactory. Monitoring of used products (aroma lamps, etc.) could be added here. I can't think of anything else.
