What do you like most?
The system is very user-friendly and simple to use and learn. I also want to recognize the excellent support I’ve received. I have been working with Laura for some time now, and she is always extremely helpful. Laura genuinely cares and consistently goes above and beyond to assist whenever I have questions or need guidance. I appreciate her support very much.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Since switching to PEP PMS in July, we have been required to input upsells manually, which has become a significant obstacle for both the team and managers. I’m unsure where the issue originates, but I truly wish the system could automatically capture upsells using the code, as it did previously. It would be very helpful if this functionality could be restored or improved in future updates to support property operations. Thank you for considering this feedback.
