What do you like most?
The reporting options are extensive but mostly the customer service is impeccable. They are so quick to respond, even quicker to rectify any issues but they also help you to understand why something has happened which is invaluable to development.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes it is a little slow but I imagine that's due to the volume of data that is being processed.
