What do you like most?
The best part of the service is the personal support. Whenever we need help or have an issue to solve, we just send an email and receive a quick answer and solution. The team is always helpful, responsive, and easy to work with, which makes a real difference for us.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When I ask the AI to modify or improve a response, I often find that the result does not fully reflect the changes I had in mind. In many cases, I end up opening a separate AI tool, rewriting the request there, and then copying and pasting the improved version back into the platform. It would be great if the editing function could better understand the specific correction or adjustment requested and provide more accurate, natural, and polished results. This would make the process much more efficient and reduce the need to use external AI tools to refine responses.
