What do you like most?
HotelTime is easy to use and convenient for the Front Office team. The Support team is also responsive and provides assistance quickly when we have questions or encounter any issues.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be helpful to add a Length of Stay (LOS) Report and a summary section in Reservation >> Room Type Availability, showing figures such as total OO rooms and remaining room availability for the month. Currently, we have to manually copy the data into separate files for reporting. Having these features directly in HotelTime would significantly save time and reduce manual work.
