What do you like most?
Ease of use for staff and travelers. Great support from set-up, to suggesting way to get more direct bookings. Pays for itself with cross network bookings. It was increase our loyalty. The guests understand the rewards.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only think i can think of is when a front desk agent signs up enough people to start earning bonuses and notice is sent to the GM to recognize this accomplishment.
