Hotelspeaker really empowers our team to stay sharp on guest experience. The new performance dashboard gives us actionable insights to ensure everything is on point. Additionally, the platform features a very clear dashboard that gives a great overview of all reviews waiting to be approved.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The automated AI generated answers can sometimes feel too generic or slightly off-topic. However, the team is highly responsive and always adjusts them when we ask.
