What do you like most?
The proposal and openness to discussion. A product was launched on the market that allowed users to learn about it and, at the same time, experience it, improving it together with the supplier, in this case, AI KOSMO. Constant work in progress.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Creating a direct connection with communication channels (WhatsApp, email, etc.) could add value to an already highly effective tool. This would mean integration/communication with CRMs and PMSs. CRMs (see HOTELDOOR) have created their own AI KOSMO and could be a step ahead of your project.
