Being able to see exactly who I sent emails to and how they are engaging is incredibly valuable. It takes the guesswork out of follow up and allows me to focus my time where it matters most. I also love that it creates natural opportunities to reconnect. If I see someone is looking at our meeting rooms, I can easily reach out and say, “Hey, I noticed you were checking out our spaces. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would probably suggest improving the internal servers for our property. At times, the system flags my emails as fraudulent, which prevents me from sending and temporarily blocks my access. I would also look at adjusting the daily send limits. While I understand the need to control volume, there are times when batching emails would be helpful. I am comfortable with the current limit of 200 emails per day, but having some added flexibility for larger sends when appropriate would be beneficial.
