What do you like most?
After more than four years using HiJiffy, what we value most is how it has transformed the workload of our Front Desk, Reservations, and Customer Service teams. The software isn't just an add-on; it's the core engine of our daily operations for three key reasons: 1. Omnichannel Inbox: This is undoubtedly the crown jewel. Managing messages from Booking.com, WhatsApp, the website chatbot, the in-stay chatbot, and emails all in one dashboard has eliminated information fragmentation. The team no longer has to jump from one tab to another, ensuring that no request is missed and response times are minimal. 2. High-Resolution AI: The artificial intelligence, both on the website and WhatsApp, is remarkably seamless. It successfully filters out the vast majority of repetitive inquiries, allowing human staff to intervene only in complex or high-value cases. 3. Stay Reminders via WhatsApp: This feature is crucial for us. We use WhatsApp campaigns to send personalized reminders for upcoming bookings. This not only improves the customer's perception of service before their arrival, but also ensures that the guest has all the necessary information, reducing any doubts upon arrival at the hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Despite being a robust and valuable tool, the main point of contention after years of use is the lack of agility in internal management. Dependence on support for integrations and campaigns: Currently, we are overly reliant on HiJiffy's technical support team for any campaign modifications. If we need to create a new stay reminder campaign or adjust integration parameters with our PMS, we cannot do so independently. Operational slowdown: This need for technical intermediation creates bottlenecks. What should be a quick implementation of a new communication strategy becomes a slow process of tickets and waiting. For a hotel seeking agility, the administration panel should offer more self-service tools to configure these workflows without having to contact their technical support every time.
