What do you like most?
Omnichannel communication is, for me, Asksuite's main differentiator, combined with the ease of use of the platform, its intuitive interface, and the low bureaucracy in the processes.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I believe the main opportunity for improvement lies in enhancing artificial intelligence, especially in interpreting requests and maintaining the context of conversations, avoiding incorrect information or responses disconnected from what the customer is really looking for.
