What do you like most?
Perfect for small and medium-sized businesses that want to respond to reviews professionally and quickly. I particularly like the simple and clear structure of Ratify's customer portal. This allows you to quickly get an overview of all the important developments related to reviews, which are so crucial for hotels.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
So much is already going really well here! The company is constantly evolving, improving existing solutions, and implementing new ideas. I especially appreciate that they listen to customer feedback and requests. It's clear that Ratify isn't resting on its laurels, but is continuously working to make their offering even better and more user-friendly. I'm excited to see what further developments and new features will be added in the future.
