What do you like most?
The support team that handled the operation and explanation of the Raitify system was absolutely perfect. Getting a great, relevant, and understandable answer to even the most "silly" question, all while being polite and competent – that's not something you always find. The program/system itself is brilliant. Automated yet authentic, it truly makes work easier. The price-performance ratio is also excellent. It's constantly evolving and only offers improvements. Since we installed it, I've been able to rely on all the answers without even thinking about it. With the initial correct setup from support, it practically runs itself. And as an added bonus, there are now several linked channels – AND you can create widgets (individually or collectively) to use for advertising purposes – for example, for presentation on your own website. It's also worth mentioning that there are people who intentionally post unjustified reviews online, giving only one star, or even none if they could – these can be blocked and don't have to go online automatically. Even if anonymized and exceptionally poor-quality messages are written, the system still catches them. Anonymous messages without email or reply options are not permitted anyway, and are therefore caught, allowing users to decide how they are handled. While I'm at it, I'd like to give a special shout-out to Sebastian as a supporter. He's practically available 24/7 and immediately provides solutions and explanations. I can wholeheartedly recommend this program/system to any business. Excellent initial consultation and outstanding support. Thank you.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
No idea – we/I am simply thrilled. The Raitify team is constantly striving to improve, and it shows. We can't fault them at all. If we may make a suggestion, it would be to add a corresponding mobile app as an extra. To my knowledge, that doesn't exist yet. Since I personally handle most things quickly on my phone, that would be the icing on the cake for the Raitify product. Often you're not at your computer, and browser shortcuts aren't always convenient. While it's optimized for mobile devices, an app would be even more user-friendly when you're on the go.
