What do you like most?
The possibility of having an integrated solution for end-guest communications across several platforms. It is our first chatbot in use, so there is not big visibility towards other solutions/comparables.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Integrate client requests made on the chatbot directly in the PMS, and allow it to report with internal teams regarding department specific requests.
