What do you like most?
TripleSeat keeps everything organized and makes managing events and room blocks a lot easier. I like having leads, contracts, payments, and communication all in one place. It keeps me moving, especially when I’m managing multiple properties and a lot of events at once. Simple, efficient, and it does what I need it to do.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I’d like more control over the widgets and the ability to tweak them myself. Making those functions easier to find and navigate would save a lot of time and make the platform even more user-friendly.
