In addition, the platform is very user-friendly and straightforward, making it easy to navigate and use efficiently on a daily basis.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Package Errors: There are frequent issues with packages, especially the breakfast package. For example, a guest may book four breakfasts, which then reflects in Opera as four breakfasts per day, even when only two guests are staying. This creates confusion and leads to incorrect breakfast upselling.
