What do you like most?
Bug free Application. Smooth deployment. Excellant Support. Easy back office environment. Helped us to significantly increase our Room Service sales and to offer our guests the option to conserve resources by skipping cleaning specific days (Green Option) Easy to navigate environment compared to TV info pages.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
To be able to communicate with hotel's PMS and display various relative info to the guest (eg pending invoices etc).
