What do you like most?
The support is quick and efficient, whether it is troubleshooting or guidance for reservations, booking engine and distribution or for the website. Feedback with analysis to improve the booking journey and create revenue is continuous.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Cendyn has grown over the past five years and brought in new products. This is great; however, data integration could be improved. In some areas it is still siloed but they are working bringing the data together from reservations, websites and Hotel CRM & Email Marketing.
