What do you like most?
What I like most about Mews is how easy it makes our day-to-day operations. Managing reservations, check-ins and reporting is straightforward, and the automation saves our team a lot of time. Having the PMS, revenue management and POS connected also makes a real difference, allowing us to spend less time on admin and more time looking after our guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I'd like to see more flexibility when it comes to reporting, especially being able to create customised reports and access the data we actually need without too many steps. I know Mews is already working on developing this tool, so I'm looking forward to seeing how it evolves. I think it will make a big difference to our daily operations.
