We have been using IRIS since August, and it has proven to be a practical and easy-to-use solution for in-room dining. The platform allows quick menu updates and provides a smooth ordering experience for guests, helping reduce reliance on phone orders. Although we are not yet using all features, IRIS fits well into our operation and shows clear potential for further optimisation as we continue to develop our digital ordering strategy.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The onboarding experience could be more structured to help teams quickly understand and use the full range of features available. Clearer documentation or guided best practices would support more confident day-to-day use. This would help ensure the platform is fully utilized from the start. Streamlining certain setup processes would make it quicker to adapt the platform to changing operational needs. This would further improve efficiency for day-to-day management.
