What do you like most?
We transitioned a portfolio of hotels to Milestone for both paid media campaigns and new website design, and I must say the experience was seamless. Their communication was clear, efficient, and their responses were timely. I particularly appreciate their CMS system which is incredibly simple to use, and anytime I have a question their support team is always there to walk me through it. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think they could benefit from having a portal of some kind that can track progress of projects, instead of having come through via email. (This is more for bigger project organization.)
