What do you like most?
What I like best is the modular design, where each component is tailored to the customer's individual needs as much as possible. Special requests aren't simply dismissed but clarified, and if something isn't feasible, a collaborative alternative is sought. Downtime and problems are virtually nonexistent – ​​everything runs smoothly. And if an issue does arise, it's usually resolved by support in a very short time.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The backend could be more user-friendly. Creating products, especially when dependent on service options, can be somewhat difficult for customers who want to do things themselves. The overall clarity could also be improved. Old, unused products or service options aren't simply hidden (e.g., by a "Locked" checkmark) but remain displayed. This means you have to search to see what's currently in use and what isn't.
