What do you like most?
Love the messaging, (an easy way for our customers to ask for something without having to call us) Broadcasting, is awesome to notify our customers if anything is happening that day like fire alarm testing, pool closure etc.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Credit card auths sometimes automatically go to processed instead of submitted. Can cause issues of us not catching it to take care of.
