What do you like most?
We have been happy TrustYou customers for over a decade, using the platform primarily for Reputation Management. This year marked an important milestone in our partnership as we transitioned from the classic version to the new TrustYou CXP platform. The transition was remarkably smooth, without a single hiccup. Special thanks to our Account Manager, Francisco Padillo, who personally followed every step of the process, ensuring everything went as planned. His attentiveness, genuine involvement and consistent support made all the difference. As long-standing customers, we naturally approached this change with both excitement and a few reservations. While we welcomed the enhanced capabilities of CXP, we wondered whether we might miss some of the familiar features and thoughtful details that had become part of our everyday workflow. Today, especially in light of the latest developments and announced innovations, I can confidently say that those concerns have been put to rest. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Given the technology available today, translation is hardly an issue anymore — pretty much anything can be translated with a single click. But since you’re asking, I’d say adding a Turkish-language interface would be a nice touch, just to make the whole experience as seamless and effortless as possible — the icing on the cake, so to speak!
