What do you like most?
We recently went live with our new custom website built by ResNexus, transitioning from an old WordPress site, and we could not be happier with the results! Our web designer, Katherine "Kat" Wies, was pivotal in bringing our vision to life. Thanks to her active listening and precise execution, we finalized our dream website with just a few conversations and emails. She successfully saved the "running horses" video from our old site and designed a stunning new page for our Wedding Venue. Furthermore, when technical issues with WordPress forced a manual recreation of our 50-article blog, Kat worked tirelessly to rebuild it from scratch. The entire ResNexus team made this transition seamless. Tim Cross, Director of Web and Digital Marketing Services, was incredibly helpful, responsive, and prompt during our initial research phase. Lance Turner, DNS Administrator, quickly secured access to our old site and handled the launch perfectly. In fact, the go-live process was completely seamless, causing zero disruption to our active bookings or live traffic. The quality of work and customer care from ResNexus is truly world-class. We highly recommend their platform to any hospitality business looking to elevate their online presence with a stunning website, intuitive software, and responsive support!
