What do you like most?
I have yet to explore the new platform, but it helps a lot in tracking the no. of reviews per property, per OTA. Kudos to your CS Team, special mention to Oana Malan who handled my concern promptly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More flexibility on building reports. A much more packed dashboard. Better UX by making the tabs/pages easier to navigate. Hopefully it can connect directly to ALL the major OTAs (without restrictions) so we can directly answer the reviews in the platform.
