What do you like most?
The secure uploading of the card and Id which helps with chargebacks. The chat option to reach a guest is very helpful. Checking out online elevates lines at check out.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I do not have anything in mind at this time to help improve what Canary currently provides us as a hotel or opinions of the guests who use it.
