What do you like most?
The answers are good and professional. Detailed responses about the hotel are provided. Audrey is a big help to me when some replies aren't posted or there are problems.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes answers are written in the informal “you” form, which needs to be changed. Also, some statements are incorrect and need to be corrected. Often, the difference between the first, detailed answer and the two answers provided as options afterward is so extreme that only one sentence can be used as the answer.
