One area that could be further developed is the platform's reporting and analytics capabilities, with more detailed insights into customer interactions, response performance, frequently asked questions, and the effectiveness of communication channels. Having more customizable reports and dashboards would help us better understand our guests' needs, identify trends, and make more informed decisions to continuously improve our service at Hoteles Safi. We also believe that continued enhancements to automation and workflow customization could help streamline daily tasks even further, allowing teams to manage inquiries more efficiently while maintaining a personalized guest experience. These improvements could provide additional value to hospitality businesses looking to optimize their operations and strengthen customer relationships.
