What do you like most?
Volo has been such a game-changer in our hotel rooms for our guests. It has streamlined the process for our guests when ordering In-Room-Dining and created a very smooth method of communication across the board. The accuracy, lightning fast updates, and pure convenience are my favorite things about using Volo in our Hotel.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes the system lags but this could easily be due to spotty network connectivity. There are rarely but sometimes tickets left "Unread" although they have been completed. Small and simple bugs that updates will surely iron out!
