One of the features we value most is the seamless integration with OPERA, which has made group and room bookings faster, cleaner, and far more reliable. The days of double-handling are behind us. We love the integration with our brand.com and the iVvy instant quote feature, as well as the iVvy marketplace, which allows client enquiries to automatically drop into iVvy, so no more manually adding client and event details to your sales platform. The virtual run sheets have been a genuine game-changer for our operational teams. Our chefs and operations teams can now access live, up-to-date event details in real time, eliminating the old frustration of searching inboxes for the latest version of an EO. Everyone is on the same page at all times, which has had a direct and positive impact on event delivery. What also sets iVvy apart is their commitment to continuous improvement. The platform is constantly evolving, with regular updates and enhancements that reflect the latest technology trends and genuine user feedback. It's clear that Innovation is part of their DNA. IVvy also runs regular live online training webinars that are free for any iVvy user to register for. These webinars are topic-based and led by an experienced iVvy trainer. You also have the opportunity to ask the trainer questions about the related topic. Most importantly, we see our relationship with iVvy as a true partnership. We work closely with their team on enhancements and future improvements, and they genuinely listen. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
While iVvy’s reporting suite is strong, at EVT we’ve taken this a step further by developing our own reporting platform powered by the iVvy API. This allows us to tailor dashboards, metrics, and insights specifically to our operational needs and organisational priorities, giving our teams deeper visibility and more customised analysis across the business.
