What do you like most?
The system's quick and intuitive operation is a particularly positive feature. It's easy to use and enables efficient daily operations. The reply templates, which address specific guest messages and requests, are also very helpful. This makes communication feel personal and individual, rather than like a standardized response. Another major advantage is the support team. They are always readily available, respond quickly, and provide competent and helpful assistance with any questions or problems. Overall, it's a very user-friendly solution that noticeably supports our daily hotel operations and saves us time.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
To further improve the system, continuous development of the AI ​​with regard to individual customer texts would be desirable. The AI ​​should be able to recognize the concerns, tone, and content of guest reviews even more accurately and thereby generate even more personalized and appropriate responses. Overall, the system already provides excellent support in daily hotel operations. Through ongoing optimization of the AI, the quality and personalization of guest communication can be further enhanced in the future.
