What do you like most?
What I appreciate about Proposales is the combination of a clear and professional design, efficient workflows, reliable customer support, and comprehensive reporting. The platform makes creating proposals much easier and saves valuable time in daily operations. I also appreciate that client feedback is taken seriously and contributes to the continuous improvement of the product.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
One area I think could be improved is the overall performance and the possibilities for larger hotel chains and regional clusters. Hotel-overarching setups, regional reporting, and more flexible structures for managing multiple properties would make Proposales even more valuable for larger organizations. Additionally, it would be great if proposals could be shared via a link that can be copied into an existing email conversation with the client, rather than always having to send the proposal as a new email directly from Proposales.
