More integrations - Connect with additional PMS, CRM, pricing, housekeeping, ticketing, and BI systems. - Improve synchronization with platforms that are not direct integrations. Better operational follow-up - Turn negative reviews into assigned tasks with owners, deadlines, and escalation. - Track whether the issue was actually resolved, not just create a ticket.
