What do you like most?
I am continually impressed with their variety of products that work together to deliver an integrated platform for my business. I became a customer 4 years ago when I needed a new website. Their website design team were phenomenal and quick in their design and deliverance of a new website including their own integrated booking engine. Really impressive is their continued support 4 years later to improve the existing products and add new features. The new features make my life easier and the overall booking for customers simple and straight forward. Their reputation management team has worked to improve traffic to my website and the increase in direct bookings have been significant, saving thousands of dollars in OTA commission. No matter who you are working with they are always responsive and willing to go the extra mile to help you succeed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I did try the messaging tool when it first came out, but it did not allow me to message like a regular text conversation. I also had to be in the Resnexus system and I found it inconvenient and could not instantly reply to guests question as when I just text them from my phone. Would love to see the product enhanced as it would be a true asset and time saver if I could use it like regular texting.
