What do you like most?
Super simple and user friendly for both our guests and our staff for mobile check-in, texting guests, and resolving their requests. Our guests are happy with an expedited check-in and we are seeing revenue in no resistance upselling and early check-in/late check-out fees. $10 to $20 per guest adds up quickly over time. Runtriz team is readily available and offer fast and effective ongoing training for our new staff members. They check in regularly to make sure we are happy and offer more suggestions. It was great when we added mobile ordering to our platform as our guests love ordering our suite shop snacks directly to their room. It's helped increase our suite shop revenue and cures those late night cravings with convenience. Templates are all super customizable and easy to update to make the process automated and not daunting for staff. I would definitely recommend adding Runtriz to improve your results in guest satisfaction and getting some extra revenue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Ability to add \/edit multiple items/pages at once to the mobile ordering with less fields for making inventory updating a bit faster and easier.
