What do you like most?
As soon as the system is installed and the hotel concept implemented, a great workload is made easier. Good interface for implementation and quick changes to the individual sub-items.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Customer care, ticket processing, friendliness, technical support. Waiting times in the telephone hotline. Direct contacts for hotels should be a must. Better communication between the hotel, Betterspace and various other providers (such as cash register system, hotel software, locking system, etc.)
