What do you like most?
communication between the employees and guests is contactless and smooth. There is no need for further calls. The suite pad is really helpful.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Well, there is an issue of the suite pads not being active due to wifi connection and updates. as well the battery life can be improved that the guests can use it for a longer period without charging them always.
