What do you like most?
the interface of booking enginee seamless , PPC and SEO can be monitored and evaluated personalize together by dedicated account manager, Website design is cuztomed based on customer jorney and our needs. Account maneger is very helpfull to give recommendation which need to improved direct booking hotel performance. This can be reduced the OTA commision. Meanwhile we got the insight about the market condition from account manager ROI back together make strategy to increased website performance based on targeted market our hotel. In term of service , the communication is very easy to contract and responsive fast based on the urgency . The converstion of the booking is increased on year on year after we communicate each other to fix the issues especially disparity rate. During creating campaign Ultra beach party , they can custom the package for those using booking code and link so we can track campaign easily. I like Loyalty member rate can pushed on google meta search by ROI back so we can compete with OTA price. the feature on extranet is very user friendly including creating restriction, allotment and another corporate or travel rate. Last but no least , ROI back willing to come and visit our hotel . they have also bali respresentative to handle which is very easy to know the market condition rather than remote person
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Roi back can developed the price competitor tools about the disparity rate which can be monitored so the platform very helpful in whole complete package to drive direct booking without using third party system. Custome and personalization campign can be tailored with THN or Bench direct but we have to combine with other person so hopefully , roi back can developed this system without depending so one account manager handle it as well. I wish the ROI back have the system as like supernove so we can see which source channel leak our B2B rate. After we found it, the system can cut if off by adjusted our website rate automatically rate artificial intelligence recommendation . Upselling recommendation on higher category can be developed as well to push customer choose our website. Attribute perference can be monetized as upselling eco system which it has been implemented the international hotel chain.
