What do you like most?
I like the clear imaging, the ease of access, the ability to share direct with the customer including messaging and the copy link feature. the virtual tour option makes it easier to pre plan iwith groups and gives them a live look at the space they will be occupying. It helps set the standard for their expectations when they arrive onsite and helps us communicate client expectations with our operations team prior to client arrival. TrueTour is unique in that it brings the hotel to the guest from the comfort of their own home. In the age of post covid as guests are travelling more they want to see the spaces they are visiting before they arrive, but this is not always feasible due to scheduling or client budgets. Having the virtual options for tours allows our guests to visualize the space and develop marketing and branding plans without ever elaving their office.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The program is very glitchy and often does not "collect" the images i want to share. Its also not clear on how to title a file as it defaults to an untitled file which creates a significant amount of clutter on the home landing page. This is difficult as our team is large so each time we log in we have to sort through the work of other team members to find our own work. The virtual option takes a significant amount of time to load and often times if i am sharing these files with a client live, i do not have the precious moments it costs me while i am waiting on the program to load. by that time the client has lost interest and is moving on often while thinking i am inept at technology in the process. i with there was a way to have the client leave comments directly on the program so they could higlight something they like or dont like without having to create a new thred of communication somewhere such as an email or text. If they could communicate their thoughts directly in the program that would be an imporvement
