What do you like most?
All chats (facebook, instagram, website) being summarized on one back end is very helpful, the chatbot provides prompt responses to guest queries. The chatbot function created much higher demand in guests queries which helps to clarify guest requests prior booking and arrival. The HiJiffy chatbot provides prompt responses to guest queries, significantly improving efficiency. The HiJiffy team is genuinely interested in our feedback and ideas for improvement. Overall, HiJiffy’s integration has streamlined our communication processes and improved guest satisfaction.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The chatbot learning and automation is still not 100%, sometimes answering guest with the same wrong answer several times or not recognizing what answer to use. This is being reported case by case. Canned responses are very limited as they need to be pre-approved. This restricts our ability to contact guest efficiently. While the chatbot works well, it still needs improvements. Despite these limitations, the team is responsive to feedback and continuously working on enhancements.
