What do you like most?
Duve is a great asset to us to be able to communicate directly with a personalized flair with all guests. The contactless check in is a great advantage and guest messaging software allows us to share all infos and special event notifications in advance. Mobile ordering & room service is fast and efficient . Duve is a most important direct platform to use in maintaining all standards of service and sustaining full guest satisfaction.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The auto generated responses can be a bit deregulated and erratic at times and perhaps could also read more warmly and personable in general.
